📦 Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard, tracked shipping with An Post throughout Ireland. Delivery times vary based on your location, with most orders arriving within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details once item is dispatched. Flat rate delivery fee is €7 or free on spends over €120. Where part of an order is a pre sale item and other items on order are in stock. The full delivery will ship once the Pre order item is in stock. 

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery in the Crosshaven area.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unworn, unused items in original condition with tags attached. Where free shipping was applied on an order and part of that order is returned the product will be refunded less shipping fee.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions. We advise you used tracked post for returns to ensure their safe return to us.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for secure online payments.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

How can I seek more info on a product?

I endeavour to be as descriptive as possible in the item description for all pieces. If you're still unsure pls email sinead@cockleshellcrosshaven.ie. Customer Service is available Monday to Friday between 9 and 5pm.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We always restock our signature Italian Neon knitwear. All other items are generally not restocked as I like to keep pieces unique.Sign up for back-in-stock notifications on product pages to be alerted when items return.
